Story time!

When I first time join a product design studio in 2019, my journey with UX Design truly began.

I became fascinated by how people interact with objects and systems: where they hesitate, where they feel confused, and where things suddenly make sense. I learned early on that good design isn’t about adding beauty, but about removing obstacles.

I believe the best design is quiet. It doesn’t ask for attention, like you don't think about breathing all the time when it happens. A good design earns trust through usefulness, clarity, and respect for the user.
