Bubble Citea Loyalty Programme
This mobile loyalty project was created for the Bubble Citea brand. I was responsible for concept planning, UI design, and interaction flow development. The goal was to build a system that helps customers earn points, access rewards, explore offers, and enjoy a smooth experience throughout their daily visits.The visual system was developed to align with the brand identity while supporting future feature growth. Clear guidance elements and consistent interface logic were added to help users move naturally from the home screen to the reward redemption process.

Lank of Cohesive
The features feel pieced together in a fragmented way, lacking a cohesive design language or unified design tokens to support a consistent product experience.

The app as a whole does not properly adapt to or comply with the latest iOS and Android system requirements, resulting in a poor responsive experience.

Low CTA
CTA performance is weak. Users primarily use the app just to collect stamps and tend to ignore other features or promotional content.

Under UK law, children under 13 cannot legally consent to their personal data being processed. This age group meet 23% of our customer group.
